1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use ranzo.live. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

2. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate, threats, nudity, sexual content involving minors, illegal activity, spam, scams or sharing another person's private information. Do not record or distribute another person's video or messages without consent.

3. Video chat and moderation

Random video chats may be ended, reported or blocked at any time. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or banned. Safety tools do not guarantee that every user behaves appropriately; use caution with strangers.

4. Free service

ranzo.live is free to use. There is no subscription, VIP plan or paid feature. Camera effects and social features are available without payment.

5. Availability and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. You may stop using ranzo.live or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks or legal reasons.

6. Disclaimers

ranzo.live is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
